Capital Commercial Group (CCG), founded by principal Ernesto Casal, is one of the leading industrial real estate brokerages in Miami-Dade County, currently representing more than 300 acres and 5 million SF of industrial buildings and development projects in Miami-Dade county alone.
CCG has represented local, multi-national and institutional groups that have included TracFone Wireless, AeroTubine, Cemex, Ford and Blackrock. CCG’s impact in the industrial community is widespread, exemplified with the company’s presence at all industrial points of the county, starting north with the 180-acre/2.5M SF development at AVE Commerce and Aviation Park, centrally in Airport West with over a billion dollars of transactions and in the southern region with the new 100-acre development Parksouth in Homestead.

Ernesto Casal started Capital Commercial Group in 2005. Recently, his many accomplishments include brokering the largest office-space transaction (101,444 SF) in Miami-Dade in 2009, as well as the multiple sales of the former Incredible Universe site for a collective value of $49 million and the leasing and sales at Doral Commerce Park exceeding $70 million.
