Marking its second major commercial condo conversion in the past year, Capital Commercial Group today announced that a partnership involving CCG principal Ernesto Casal has acquired a 79,000-SF warehouse in Doral, Florida for $8.5 million. The warehouse, previously owned by Monica Pinochet Pauley, will be converted into an industrial condo by holding company 11450, LLC. The warehouse is located at 11450 NW 34 Street.
